We were so very excited when we decided to purchase a new motorcoach. Our original plans were to buy a used coach with as many of the amenities as we could have. We searched on-line at Lazy Days so we could take as many virtual tours of the used vehicles as possible. While virtual tours definitely give you a feel for what you are looking for, it doesn't take the place of actually physically walking through and experiencing it for yourself.
We definitely learned that a picture may be worth a thousand words, but it can also be very deceiving. We found that out when we put a deposit on a used coach and awaited our visit to what we fondly now call "Crazy" Days.

Looking forward to hearing at some point, what you bought and why.m
It certainly is a crazy place. We also started on line and found that the Crazy Place was getting the new 42’ Phaeton. When asked to see one we were told that it must be a mistake there was no 42’ Phaeton and we were pushed toward a Zephyr. We found the same year Zephyr online with more accessories and $10K less. When we showed this to a manger, we were given no option but to go buy the better one in Texas, they wouldn’t deal. It was surely their loss but our gain.
Anonymous,
Sorry for the delay in my response. I took some time off for the holiday and now I am back in gear!!! Thank you so much for your comment. It is amazing how much the consumer needs to educate himself or herself about motorcoaches and the "real" pricing system!!!
I am glad to hear that their loss was your gain.
Are you enjoying your new "home" and do you travel often???
