We walked to the French Quarter Jazz Festival and found ourselves sitting along Lake Pontrachaine listening to Susan Cowsill formerly of the 60's group, The Cowsills, and drinking Category 5 Hurricanes!

Afterwards we had dinner at Pierre Maspero's where we satisfied our hunger with local epicurean delights of catfish and Cajun hush puppies. Along the way home we were treated to a wedding procession and the musical talents of Dorine and Tanya. We had seen Dorine and Tanya last year so it was great to meet up with them again!
